If when you receive your walking sticks, canes or poles you decide for any reason that you don't want them (or if they are not suitable) you can return them for a refund or exchange them within 60 days of purchase. They must arrive back with us in the condition that you received them, that is perfect!

You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we recommend you use a recorded service as we can not be responsible for items that go missing en route.
If you are returning goods for an exchange you will need to pay the returns postage and we will pay to have the replacement sent out to you.

If you want to exchange something quickly, you can place a new order and then send the other item back for a refund.
Damaged on arrival
If, when you open the parcel, you find the sticks, canes or poles have been damaged by the courier service, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement. Please return the damaged item and we will extract compensation from the courier and reimburse your postage charge.
