The handle shows an image of Shakespeare on one side with the text William Shakespeare 1564 - 1616 and on the other side it shows the Globe theatre with the text Globe Theatre Southwark London. The beech wood shaft of this walking stick measures 21mm in diameter, tapering down to 17mm in diameter at the tip. This is an attractive and well made walking cane which celebrates the life and works of William Shakespeare. We stock a number of historical figure sticks here. The height to the top of the handle is 91cm (36 Inches) but it can be shortened if required (just add the crop service to your order above and tell us the new height needed). The tip has a metal ferrule on it so if you want a rubber ferrule to go over the top of this, please add it to your order above. The shaft is made from beech wood and under the handle you will find a smart brass collar. Th eweight is 400 grams because the resin handle makes this walking stick heavier than the wooden handled ones.
