Refunds and Exchanges
You can cancel your order at any time before your order is despatched or up to 14 working days after your order has been delivered.
We operate a no hassles returns policy. If when you receive your walking sticks, canes or poles you decide for any reason that you don't want them (or if they are not suitable) you can return them for a refund or exchange them.

They must arrive back with us in the condition that you received them, that is perfect!
If you wish to exchange or return due to change of mind.
If an exchange simply place another order for the item you wish to exchange for and return the unwanted item. We will refund the cost of your original purchase once the item is safely received back, but cannot refund the return postage fee too unless there is a fault or the item is not what you ordered.
If you simply wish to return the item we will refund the cost of the your purchase once the item is safely back with us.
Damaged on arrival.
If, when you open the parcel, you find the sticks, canes or poles have been damaged by the courier service, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement. Please return the damaged item and we will extract compensation from the courier and reimburse your postage charge.
