Q. The Walking Stick I want is out of stock. When will you have more stock in?
A. We make orders weekly, so chances are the stick you were wanting to purchase is on order and will arrive with us in the next few days. Please email us (quoting the order code of the stick you want) for details on expected delivery.
Q. How long will it take for my walking stick to arrive?
A. You can choose from standard (2-5 days) or Next Day delivery at the checkout.
Q. How much will delivery cost?
A. Delivery is calculated by weight of the goods, postage method and packing costs. This is displayed at the shopping basket page BEFORE you enter your payment details. Some sticks are a little expensive to send due to size restrictions set by Royal Mail.
Q. How do I return an item for a refund or an exchange?
A. Yes you can. Please see our returns page for details of where to send your walking stick back to and our exchange and refund policy.
Q. Can I pay for my walking stick by cheque?
A. Yes. Please make cheques payable to Emilyhannah Ltd and send it with your desired walking stick order (including the item code), your name and address to Emilyhannah Ltd, 67 High Street, Cottenham, Cambs CB24 8SA, United Kingdom
Q. Why do I need to give my telephone number and email address?
A. www.walkingsticksonline.co.uk is an internet based store. Everything that we do is based online for efficiency and savings that we can pass on to our customers. We need to be able to contact you by email or phone if there is something wrong with the order, i.e the postcode is wrong. You will also be automatically sent a confirmation email with your unique order reference number that you will need to quote in all correspondance with us.
Q. How long are your walking sticks?
A. Most of our walking sticks are a standard 36" or 91cm long unless otherwise stated as adjustable, extra short or extra long.

Q. What is the maximum weight limit?
A. Most of our walking sticks have been tested to 15 stone. The seat sticks are slightly more and their weight limits are displayed on each of the product pages
Q. Can the sticks be cut down to the ideal height?
A. All wooden walking sticks and carbon fibre canes can be adjusted with a household saw. A rubber ferrule can then be easily pushed on to the tip, or a steel ferrule tacked in.

Q. Can I have my order gift wrapped?
A. The sticks that you can have gift wrapped will have the option for you to tick when you buy them online. At the moment this means just the folding walking sticks.
