I have an apology to make! I had intended to write straightaway to you to say thank you for your fabulous customer service. Unfortunately, while I started the e-mail and thought I’d sent it, I discovered today that it was still in my “draft” folder! As you can see from the date of the order, its been hiding there for rather a long time. Ooops.

Many thanks for your very quick response, you have answered my questions more than I expected brilliant, my father is ex Royal Navy, & he always makes a comment as do many others when he sees some of his veteran pals with this type of walking stick. Some have also even managed to put their own Regimental badges & the names of places with little stick plates where they have served etc.

I am now about to place my order on your site for one, so thanks very much again for being so helpful.

Forgot to tell you that my father & I go to quite a few regimental reunions, so if in future anyone asks me or my father where did you get the stick from I shall recommend them to you okay, because as far as I'm aware, it can be very difficult finding a company or someone who makes this type of stick.

Many thanks for ths sticks they are fantastic. I have just had 2 major back operations and my brother suggested that I try them for walking. I thought I would never be able to walk more than 50 yards ever again, and refused to use ordinary walking sticks, I might be old but hate to admit it. Now after one day I can walk straight, so goodbye wheelchair. I can't understand why the neurosurgeons and G.Ps don't suggest them . I'll certainly be telling everybody about them.

Not only walking sticks but walking aids to the 'challenged-by-life' brigade too! The implement has arrived safely, thank you. It is most suitable and I am looking forward to a summer of mobility which seemed a distant deem a short few days ago.

You know , aids like this are not as freely available here in Ireland as they are in the UK and not all of us 'challenged-by-lifers' are computer literate.The Irish Times had a little catalogue type magazine occasionally in which it might be worth an add. Better still, try the RTE Guide's version, it has a huge circulation (biggest weekly in Ireland) and all of the wrinklies take it.

Having twice ordered sticks from you in recent months, may I say how
pleased I am with the prompt service? In both cases I took delivery
within 2 or 3 days of ordering. Thanks

The item that you have suggested looks as though it might do the trick, but thanks to you I also found at the same supplier a “Cane Holder” that might be even better, only the photo is missing, I’m waiting for them to send me either details or the photo.
